We offer regular yearly maintenance agreements for our clientele and we find that it is easier for you to budget our service as any other regular monthly bill. We are paid the same once a month year round, unless additional services are requested, instead of pay-per-service each time we are out performing services.We have several agreements to choose from or we can customize any of them to fit your criteria. You get regular weekly maintenance throughout the Spring/Summer seasons and winter service throughout the Fall/Winter seasons.If you are not looking for regular yearly maintenance, we also provide a one-time or the occasional pay-per-service other than regular yearly maintenance.Gilmer Lawn Care Service & Yearly Maintenance accepts payment options that many of our competitors do not. Payments we accept are: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card (AMEX, Discover, Master Card, and Visa), and PayPal.Regular Services Offered:Mowing - grass of the lawn/yard areas.Line trimming (weed eating) - around wooden fences and other obstacles in the lawn/yard areas.Edging - concrete areas such as driveways, sidewalks, and curb areas.Blow - driveways, sidewalks, and patio areas.Other Services Offered:Bush/Brush Hog Service (Tractor Shredder Cutter Mowing) - field/pasture mowing/shredding, property clean-ups, deer lease, right of ways, etc.Storm Clean Up - fallen limbs/branches, damaged trees, blow leaves off rooftop, debris, total lawn/yard/property clean up.Flowerbeds - De-weed, Spray, restore, build new, maintain, etc.Hedge Trimming - bushes/shrubs.Mulch - Hardwood (Black, Brown, Natural, or Red), Cedar, Cypress, Pine bark.Foliage - Planting of new or existing and maintenance.Grass Seed – Bermuda, Centipede, mixed, and several others.Fertilizer - all grass types, many foliage types, etc.Fungus Control - lawn/yard areas.Weed Control - all grass types.Weed/Grass Control - all grass/weed types and most flowerbeds.Ant/Insect Treatment - lawn/yard and flowerbed areas.Grub Control - lawn/yard and flowerbed areas.Tree Trimming and/or cut down - placed on your burn pile or removed.Debris - placed on your burn pile or removed.Winter Service - leaf mulching, placed on your burn pile, or bagged and removed.Burning - burn pile(s).Blow - Rooftop, Clean out Gutters and Downspouts.Dirt - Fill in holes from animals, natural causes, etc.Other services may be available, feel free to call Keith and ask!
