We use a special, plant-safe chemical to break down these stubborn stains (you may have had experience with the difficulty of removing these stains). The siding, if not recently cleaned, will often show mold/mildew discoloration that a good pressure-wash can remove. Finally, sidewalks and driveways can easily show their age if not maintained.
