Ryan Perry, our founder and President, began working in the construction field in 1993 at age 17 as a laborer, and was quickly promoted to the site Supervisor’s right hand man. In 2005 Ryan moved into commercial maintenance & mechanics and accepted a job at a local family fun park chain. In less than two years Ryan repaired, rebuilt, and made safe over 100 machines and two maintenance buildings at two different 11+ acre facilities in Scottsdale and Tempe and was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. In 2008 the company Ryan worked for closed its doors due the poor economy, and The Repair Guys L.L.C. was born. Today, Ryan’s business philosophies are the backbone of The Repair Guys L.L.C.
